North Shore Supply operates primarily through in-person visits. Please read the following policy carefully before purchasing.

In-Person Sales

All products are shown and sold in person. Customers are encouraged to check the item, feel the materials, and try it where applicable before completing a purchase. Once an item is purchased, it is considered final.

No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. We do not accept returns. This policy is in place because all products are shown and inspected before purchase.

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only at the same price. The item must be unused and in original condition. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If an item of equal value is not available, no refund or credit will be issued.

Delivery

Most purchases are completed in person. If delivery is arranged separately, details will be confirmed at the time of purchase.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and availability.

North Shore Supply is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services once the item has been handed off.
